The development of novel therapeutic proteins and peptides in the pharmaceutical industry has necessitated the need for fast, high resolution analysis of biomolecules. The HALO BioClass range of Fused-Core HPLC columns from Advanced Materials Technology has been developed to make these analyses easier and more effective to increase productivity in your laboratory.

HALO 160 Å Peptide columns are available in ES-C18, ES-CN, and the new Phenyl-Hexyl phases (in both 2.7 and 5 µm), which exhibit complementary selectivity and are ideal for the ultrafast and ultrahigh resolution separation of peptides and polypeptides up to 20 kDa. HALO 2.7 µm Peptide columns offer comparable peak capacities to sub-2 µm non-core columns at 40–50% of the backpressure.
