KENT Systems has announced that it is releasing a new line of tubing for use with liquid chromatography.

The Acrolene XP product stands out thanks to its chemical resistant polyethylene material and good flexibility.

It is also clear, stays strong when used in temperatures below freezing, while it also has a high melting point and good pressure performance.

"We are very excited to offer this line of tubing. Our customers have been asking us to carry a line of tubing that is as good as our couplings for some time now. After years of development and testing, we finally accomplished our goal," said Linda Sampson, chief executive officer of KENT Systems.

Lyle Sampson, chief operating officer, added that the product is "simple to work with and easy to use on tube barbs", making it an ideal substitute for PVC and polyurethane.

KENT Systems also designs, manufactures and distributes Quick Couplings and Media Bags, which are all used for fluid transfer.
