Nacalai Tesque have published a new Application Notebook and Reference List for their Cholester range of COSMOSIL and COSMOCORE LC columns. The 40 page Application Notebook contains over 80 applications demonstrating the separation of a wide range of analytes using COSMOSIL Cholester (5um), 2.5Cholester (2.5um) and COSMOCORE Cholester (2.6um core-shell type) columns. The booklet includes a literature reference list organised by field and a column selection flowchart. The Nacalai Tesque cholesterol bonded phase can be used under the same conditions as C18 phase columns but offers improved selectivity for cis-trans isomers, polyphenols and natural products.
