Published over 8 years ago. See the latest and most current information on Supercritical fluid (SFC), green chromatography.

A new poster, written by Nacalai Tesque for SFC Asia 2017, investigates and provides insight into the retention mechanisms that occur with SFC. More than 15 column phases are investigated in a number of HPLC and SFC comparisons that provide useful data in this area.

Nacalai Tesque have developed columns specially designed for SFC in collaboration with Nacalai USA and Pfizer, Inc Global R&D: COSMOSIL HP, PY (equivalent to 2-ethylpyridine) and Quinoline. In addition, their HPLC columns Cholester and PBr have been tested for use with SFC. These diverse stationary phases can help achieve satisfactory separations.
