MACHEREY-NAGEL presents the new NUCLEODUR® C18 HTec. This innovative RP18 phase is qualified for analytical and preparative applications due to its high selectivity, the good base deactivation and the outstanding mechanical and chemical stability. The remarkably high loadability of the C18 HTec phase allows high yields of the target products in preparative HPLC, even under extreme method conditions.
Like every preparative phase from MACHEREY-NAGEL it is offered in VarioPrep columns with axially adjustable end fittings. After extremely strong stress a possibly appearing dead volume can be compensated with a readjustment of the fittings. Thus the high column lifetime, already caused by the phase, can be still extended.
