NACALAI TESQUE (JAPAN) introduces COSMOGEL IEX Series for Ion-Exchange Chromatography. Ion-Exchange Chromatography (IEX) has been widely used for the analysis and purification of biomolecules such as proteins, peptides and polynucleotides. COSMOGEL IEX Series is available in amphoteric ion-exchange type, in which two kinds of packing materials are mixed, as well as in widely used anion-exchange type and cation-exchange type. The amphoteric ion-exchange type enables the simultaneous separation of both acidic and basic proteins in one application. It can also be used as an anion-exchange type or cation-exchange type.
