Columns (LC)
Whether you are working with temperature-sensitive compounds or operating at elevated temperatures, the new YMC HT glass columns are the right choice.
Thanks to their excellent chemical resistance to aqueous buffers and organic solvents, they deliver consistent results even where other glass columns reach their limits.
The use of YMC HT glass columns is a necessity in everyday laboratory work when chromatographic processes require higher temperatures. Performing reliably between 4 °C and 70 °C, they are available in four inner diameters ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm, allowing precise adaptation to your application, resin, and column volume.
All wetted parts are highly resistant to not only to aqueous buffers but also to strong organic solvents, high salt concentrations, isopropanol, and inorganic acids. This gives you greater flexibility in method development and long-term stability.
HIC separations often require high salt concentrations and sometimes isopropanol to promote the hydrophobic binding of proteins – such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Elevated temperatures can enhance solubility and improve selectivity and mass transfer.
YMC HT columns make it easy to meet these demands, achieving reproducible results and longer column lifetimes.
Designed for those who rely on stable performance and reproducible result. Discover the YMC HT glass column brochure or reach out to your local YMC contact.
