YMC has introduced a series of ion exchange columns specifically designed for protein, peptide, nucleic acid and other biomolecule analyses. The YMCBioPro series consists of both strong anion and cation exchangers in QA and SP chemistries on porous and nonporous 5 micron polymeric beads.
The porous materials offer excellent binding capacity with low operation pressure for highly efficient analytical and semi-prep separations. In addition, the nonporous particles also offer high efficiency and resolution with low operating pressures for high throughput analytical separations.
