Advanced Materials Technology (AMT) has launched a new product in the HALO BioClass Fused-Core HPLC/UHPLC columns family specifically designed for the fast, high-resolution separation of peptides. HALO-2 Peptide columns are packed with 2µm core-shell particles, with a pore size (160Å) optimised to provide greater separation efficiencies for these types of biomolecules.
HALO-2 Peptide columns offer many advantages: efficient separations, high peak capacity at lower back pressures than sub 2µm non-core-shell particle columns and improved peak resolution. These features, coupled with the productivity gains offered by this new technology, will enable you to maximise your laboratory’s performance.
