PerkinElmer today introduced the Series 275 HRes™Photo Diode Array (PDA) Liquid Chromatography (LC) System designed to accelerate productivity and performance for labs performing LC analysis. The addition

of the new Series 275 PDA, coupled into a Series 275 HRes LC system, provides improved peak identification and peak purity determination in addition to the increased throughput achieved with Fast-LC technology.

Other key benefits of the new system include:

• Improved chromatographic resolution and increased throughput operating at higher pressure range (up to 10,000 psi)

• Increased confidence in method development and method transfer to Fast-LC

• Extra dimension of knowledge about a sample with 3D photodiode array data

• Multi-wavelength spectral acquisition improves peak identification and purity determination

• All under a 21CFR Part 11 compliant environment
