Two modules new to DryLab®4 are the Robustness Module and the Knowledge Management Protocol. The Robustness Module tests the tolerance limits of a selected workpoint by evaluating how small fluctuations in up to six method variables affect the critical resolution of the separation. It determines which factors are especially sensitive to variations and have to be controlled strictly to maintain the desired resolution.

DryLab® Knowledge Management is your productivity tool for producing GMP method documentation.  It encourages a Quality by Design (QbD) approach to method development and ensures that your method conforms to these standards by providing comprehensive documentation, including a platform for the step-by-step justification of your method criteria. By implementing DryLab® Knowledge Management, you’ll efficiently document the systematic science used to develop your method, more easily and effectively collaborate between departments, and generate GMP documentation for inspections and post-approval changes.
