RSA-Pro X™ surface treated, Limited Volume Vials used for proteins, peptides and cannabinoid stability

Microsolv Technology’s MRQ™ centre draining vials are available in Type33 borosilicate glass, RSA™ glass or RSA-Pro X™ (surface treated, hydrophobic glass). This unique vial design has a very low residual volume at the bottom of an extremely smooth inner surface which allows the sample to drain to the centre where an autosampler needle will be able to withdraw a maximum amount of sample with a minimal amount of dead volume.

The MRQ™ vials are available with RSA-Pro X™ surface treatment of Reduce Surface Activity Glass that is converted to a very hydrophobic surface. This treatment is excellent for analytes that will be adsorbed by borosilicate glass such as proteins, peptides, cannabinoids and other types of samples. These vials can be used for long term storage since the surface treated is extremely hydrolytically stable, can be autoclaved and or frozen. This hydrolytic stability is stable for years compared to silanizing glass.
