Clarity newly supports Advion’s Line of expression Compact Mass Spectrometers 

DataApex announced the release of a control driver for Advion’s expression compact mass spectrometers (CMS). The control module includes both digital control of the detector and digital data acquisition of the detector signal. It also allows performing all service operation necessary for the detector from the Device Monitor software window. Clarity Chromatography Software provides seamless integration of expression CMS with a wide range of HPLC systems (Agilent, Shimadzu,Knauer, Hitachi…) that are already controlled by Clarity .

Clarity MS Extension greatly extends Clarity capabilities. Clarity is able to evaluate spectral data from MS detectors together with data from conventional HPLC detectors (including quantification) and add the third dimension for data analysis. Clarity Chromatography software can provide interactive spectral analysis, peak purity analysis and compound identification that is based on a spectral library search.  The extension is prepared to function with single quadrupole MS and TOF MS detectors.
