The 31st International Symposium on Chromatography 2016 will bring together experts interested in the impact and contribution of Chromatography & Separation science to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, food, health, and medicine. The scientific programme will include aspects of Fundamentals, New Technologies, Instrumentation & Pharmaceutical, Bioanalysis, Bioprocessing and Applications.

The conference runs over three days from August 28th-Sep 1st, 2016. University College Cork is one of Ireland’s most prestigious venues, and chosen host for ISC 2016, which will bring an expected 800 delegates to one of Europe’s most beautiful regions. After a record number of Oral abstracts submitted, the final deadline for submitting a poster abstract is Thursday, 26th May.

The keynote speakers include some of the industry’s leading professors and researchers from many of the world’s top institutions. Topics will range from HPLC, Mass Spectrometry, CE and Microfluides to Pharmaceutical, Biologics, Diagnostics, Omics, Environmental, Forensic and Food Analysis. Take this great opportunity to contribute and learn about the latest developments, innovations and applications in Separation Science and Detection.

As an integral part of the scientific program of lectures and poster sessions, an international exhibition and vendor lecture series on instrumentation and services for chromatography, separation science and mass spectrometry will be organised.

University College Cork is located in downtown Cork City, just ten minutes from Cork International Airport. The airport is easily accessible, providing direct flights to many locations throughout Europe, with nearby Shannon International Airport providing direct flights from the US and Canada.

Cork is home to popular tourist destinations such as Blarney and Kinsale. Set alongside 1,110km of coastline and beaches, hiking & cycling routes, world-class golf courses, excellent hotels and restaurants, with famous traditional music, dancing and of course the warmest of welcomes. Cork offers opportunity for exploration along the beautiful West coast of Ireland, take a break before or after ISC and travel through Ireland’s spectacular driving route, the authentic Wild Atlantic Way, or take a day visit to the wonderful Ring of Kerry. The opportunities are endless.
