CSI is extremely pleased to announce the two day symposium on 'The Application of Chromatography and Spectroscopy Techniques in Pharma and Food Analysis', in Navi Mumbai on December 18-19, 2014 in collaboration with the recently established SIES Institute of Chromatography and Spectroscopy.

The symposium will cover the important instrumental methods of analysis in both the industries. Various contemporary subjects have been identified for this symposium and the expert speakers have been very carefully selected. Internationally reputed and fifth ranked among the 100 most influential analytical scientist's of the world, Professor ( Dr) Pat Sandra from Belgium will be giving four major lectures during this symposium and will also lead a Q&A session. Dr. A. V. Rama Rao, a wellknown scientist turned industrialist, has accepted to be the Keynote speaker at the symposium.

While CSI has conferred on a selected few people the 'CSI Lifetime Contribution Award' in the past, during the inaugural function of this symposium, Both Professor ( Dr.) Pat Sandra and Dr. A. V. Rama Rao will be felicitated and given this award.
