When Two is Better than One – Kromasil diC4 Stationary Phase for your Bio Separations
Aug 01 2017
Preparative chromatographers routinely evaluate stationary phases for best selectivity and overload to achieve conditions to meet the required purification goals. Kromasil stationary phases are recognised worldwide for being the workhorses in reversed-phase chromatography for low molecular weight compounds, small peptides as well as large biomolecules. The 300Å line of products, consisting of C18, C8 and C4 derivatisations, has now been expanded with Kromasil 300 Å diC4 stationary phase, also targeted towards bio separations, impurity isolation and API manufacturing. Kromasil 300 Å diC4 has different characteristic than a classic C4, enabling new opportunities to remove impurities from peptide and protein crudes.
