Founded in 1990, FLOM has become a specialist in these fields, with their factory in Japan overseeing development, assembly, and quality control. This strategic collaboration makes FLOM an ideal addition to the Japanese GL Sciences group.
Today, we proudly present the Micro-Pump MP-22, the latest addition to FLOM's impressive pump range. With a flow rate range of 0.1-999.9 µL/min and a maximum pressure of 35 MPa, the MP-22 encapsulates all of FLOM's strengths into a single, groundbreaking product. By meticulously refining each component, we have achieved exceptional performance and reliability.
Here are some key features of the MP-22:
- Compact Design: The pump comes in a stand-alone version with user-friendly controls and a convenient small display. It also offers an RS232C port for seamless external control. FLOM is ready to provide assistance in integrating the pump into existing systems or ongoing development projects.
- Enhanced Stability: Unlike traditional Check Valves, the MP-22 utilizes a Switching Valve, ensuring remarkably stable low flow rates. This innovation guarantees consistent and reliable operation.
- Linear Drive Technology: Equipped with the Linear Drive mechanism instead of a Cam Drive, the MP-22 enables individual control of both pumps. With longer strokes, it delivers increased suction and discharge power for optimized performance.
