Purolite is pleased to introduce the new robust Chromalite® Methacrylic (Chromalite® M) hydrophilic macroporous methacrylic resins, for the chromatographic purification of peptides, oligonucleotides, proteins, enzymes and biomolecules up to 500kDa.

With a full range of functionalities, Chromalite® M products are perfect for ion exchange, reverse-phase and affinity chromatography in downstream processing from lab to commercial scale.

High cross-linking and the rigid chemical structure of Chromalite® M allows operation at a high flow rate of up to 10 bars, within a pH range of 1-14.

Chromalite® M resins demonstrate intermediate hydrophilicity, sitting between our highly hydrophobic Chromalite® Styrene/DVB range of resins and highly hydrophilic Praesto® agarose range. Available in standard average particle sizes of 50 -100 µm and 75-200 µm, for high resolution, intermediate purification, or capture chromatography; Purolite Life Sciences can offer customisation of particle size and can manufacture Chromalite® M from 5 to 500 µm for any application.
