IE Expo China 2024

IE expo China stands as a prominent trade fair for environmental technologies in Asia and is globally ranked as the second largest, surpassed only by Germany's IFAT Munich. The 2023 trade fair marked a milestone as the largest session to date. Over the course of three days, the expo drew in 2,407 exhibitors from 24 countries and regions. Notably, all 17 exhibition halls at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre were utilized for the first time, resulting in a sprawling exhibition area spanning 196,000 square meters.

The IE expo China Environmental Technology Conference 2023, co-hosted by authoritative bodies like the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, the China Environment Chamber of Commerce, and the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, took place during the expo. Additionally, 39 theme forums provided a platform for experts, renowned scholars, and senior executives from leading environmental protection enterprises to share profound insights on topics such as international cooperation, ecological protection, green and low-carbon development, and the transition to a green economy.

Looking ahead, the 25th edition of IE expo China in 2024 is scheduled for April 18 to 20 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Anticipated to surpass previous editions, the event is expected to feature over 2,500 exhibitors, covering a vast exhibition space of 200,000 square meters. Moreover, it is projected that 100,000 industry visitors will attend, underlining the continued significance and growth of this influential environmental technology expo.
