Biotech Fluidics introduces its expanded line-up of real-time liquid flowmeters, offering precise monitoring across a broad spectrum of flow rates. The range encompasses four specialised devices, catering to applications ranging from nanolitres to 650 millilitres per minute.

The Biotech Micro Flow Meter operates within the range of 0.01 to 80 µL per minute, providing unparalleled precision for monitoring extremely low flow rates encountered in UHPLC, LC/MS, and micro-/nanoscale bioprocessing applications.

Designed for flow rates from 1 µL to 5 mL per minute, the Biotech HPLC Flow Meter is pre-calibrated and enables continuous measurement of inline flow rates from pumps serving HPLC and GPC/SEC systems, as well as flow chemistry reactors.

The newly introduced Biotech Semi-Prep Flow Meter extends the range up to 40 mL/min, facilitating continuous monitoring and validation of pumps serving various preparative HPLC systems, flash and continuous processing systems, and bioreactor feed pumps.

For higher flow rate requirements, the Biotech High Flow Meter can handle liquid flow rates up to 650 mL per minute, providing a valuable tool for optimising preparative chromatographs used in producing larger quantities of pure compounds.

Compact and user-friendly, each Biotech Flow Meter comes with PC software for continuous recording, monitoring, and storage of flow rate data. Real-time operation, coupled with an integrated OLED display, enables users to observe transient pulsations, gaining insights into flow stability during monitoring. Biotech Flowmeters are highly reliable and compatible with a wide range of solvents and liquid reagents.
