Biotech Fluidics has unveiled an expanded line-up of DEGASi® PREP+ degassers, catering to the demand for process-optimised systems in fluidic applications. Now available in standard, large, and extra-large variants, these degassers are tailored to match the flow rate and tubing diameter requirements of diverse applications. With outstanding degassing performance, capable of handling flow rates of up to 100 ml/min per channel, these units are designed to deliver consistent results.

Renowned for their excellence in removing dissolved gases from liquid process streams, Biotech Fluidics employs cutting-edge technology in the DEGASi® Prep+ series. Featuring a superior Systec® DST vacuum pump and proprietary Systec® AF membrane technology, these degassers ensure reliable degasification even at ultra-high flow rates.

The DEGASi® Prep+ degassers offer industrial users significant time and cost savings by preventing production disruptions caused by bubbles in fluidic process lines. With these advanced devices, users can effectively eliminate dissolved gases and bubbles from organic solvents or aggressive aqueous solutions, achieving liquid flow rates of up to 100 mL/minute. Available as standalone units with configurations ranging from 1 to 4 channels of high throughput degassing, specialised versions with an additional semi-preparative chamber are also available to meet specific requirements.
