Leading supplier of laboratory instruments Analytix has secured a deal to become sole distributor of Milestone instruments in Ireland.
Analytix is now distributing Milestone’s range of products in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Analytix already acted as exclusive supplier of Milestone products in England, Scotland and Wales.
Amongst its portfolio of products that will now be brought to the Irish markets are: microwave synthesis system FlexiWAVE, with its large capacity microwave cavity; Microwave digestion instruments, the compact and user-friendly UltraWAVE, the Ethos EASY and Ethos UP, which all offer fast and flexible microwave sample preparation; The microwave ashing systems, the PYRO, PYRO SA and PYRO XL which deliver reduced ashing times and reduced operating costs; and mercury analysis systems DMA-1 and DMA-80, which allow analysis of liquid or solid samples, and the FMA-80, for liquid samples.
The agreement builds on a decade-long relationship between Analytix and Milestone, which has 20,000 instruments installed worldwide and over 30 product patents.
Simon Osborne of Analytix said: “We are delighted to have been chosen to expand our distribution remit for Milestone’s outstanding instruments. Our companies have built a very healthy relationship and Milestone products are consistently amongst our best sellers.
