Automating photometric titrations with optical sensor – new applications for metal analysis available
Aug 26 2015
Quite a number of titration applications require the user to determine the reaction endpoint by registering a change of the colour of the solution being measured. Such photometric titrations are still often performed manually opening the door for all kinds of inaccuracies. They can now be performed fully automatically with the Metrohm Optrode providing for superior accuracy and reliability of results.
The Metrohm Optrode features eight different wavelengths for a wide measuring range and it is absolutely solvent resistant. The latest applications developed by Metrohm for photometric titration are:
AN-T-148 Determination of zirconium using automatic photometric titration
AN-T-147 Determination of thallium using automatic photometric titration
AN-T-146 Automatic determination of tin using photometric titration
AN-T-145 Determination of palladium using automatic photometric titration
AN-T-144 Mercury analysis using automatic photometric titration
AN-T-143 Determination of cobalt using automatic photometric titration
AN-T-142 Determination of barium using automatic photometric titration
AN-T-141 Automatic determination of manganese using the Optrode
AN-T-140 Automatic photometric determination of lead using the Optrode
