Comprehensive Two-Dimensional Gas Chromatography software

Zoex Corporation's GC x GC software is making two-dimensional gas chromatography an accessible tool for routine lab analysis as well as research work, according to Environmental Technology Online.

The company has driven the commercial development of the Comprehensive Two-dimensional Gas Chromatography (GC-GC) for over a decade, and now believes that the technology can be used in a range of industries, without being exclusive just to researchers. GC Image combined with the robustness of the hardware has made routine applications possible making chromatography a widely used analysis technique.

The technology is now used across the world in a range of different applications such as petroleum, flavours and fragrances, environmental, forensic, and health related analysis.

Zoex is supporting the development of standard analytical methods based on GC x GC technology. This focus on standard methods is encouraging the wide adoption of GC x GC for routine applications in industry. Zoex Corporation have described this as "a new window on the chemical world".
