Thames Restek add new VICI Valco products to range

Following the launch of the new Valco catalogue, Thames Restek is adding a number of new VICI products to their extensive range of chromatography consumables. These include: 360 micron high pressure fittings which allow direct connection of fused silica, PEEK, stainless or electroformed nickel tubing without the use of liners. A one-piece snap fitting nevertheless allows the ferrule to rotate freely as the nut tightens so that the tube doesn’t twist.
The compact size and fine threads create a leak-free connection that seals at pressures in excess of 20,000 psi and which can be easily formed with the available manual tool. Cheminert UHPLC injector, ideal for current analytical techniques requiring system pressures up to 20,000 psi, this comes in variable port versions, with bores as small as 100 μm. Cheminert Integrated Motor/Valves for HPLC – this series is an integrated motor/valve assembly, designed specifically to be built into an OEM system. Using the established injector design and a 24volt motor this is both compact and lightweight and needs only to be connected to the instrument’s power supply. Dual Layer PEEK Tubing eliminates contamination issues by pigments used to color code the tubing, as the pigmented layer surrounds a separate but integrally bonded inner layer of natural PEEK.
